Down's syndrome Awareness Montage

PROUD are delighted to announce that we are doing a Statementing conference.

This will be taking place on Thursday 6th March at Leighswood Childrens Centre 9.45 til 3pm

Our speaker will be Jane McConnell who works for IPSEA ( Independant Panel of Special Needs Educational Advice ) and the DSA. She also has a child with Down's syndrome.

Topics covered will include, Starting off the statementing and its process, What makes a good statement, IEP's, annual reviews and relationship building with schools

PROUD are offering this course free of charge to PROUD members, Other parents from outside of PROUD there will be a charge of £1 and to professionals £5
